Five Mile Race (August)

 

First three males and females:     £30, £20, £10 respectively + medal + perpetual cup for 1st male and 1st female.

 

Veterans’ prizes:                             £10 + medal for each of the 1st V40, V50, V60, V70, V80, F35, F45, F55, F65 and F75.

 

Note: Only one prize (of the highest value) will be awarded to any individual.

 

All finishers will receive a medal.

 

The perpetual Franklin Challenge Cup will be awarded to the fastest team of four runners comprising members or employees of a fitness gymnasium, factory or non-athletic club.

 

1.5 Mile Fun Run (August)

 

All finishers will receive a medal.

 

1.5 Mile Junior Race (August)  

 

First three males and females:     £15, £10, £5 vouchers respectively + medal.

 

All finishers will receive a medal.

 

Miscellaneous

 

In previous years we have given out random spot prizes. Depending upon sponsorship, we are hoping to do so again this year.

 

We have had at least two people who met at the Baltonsborough Five and who went on to marry each other ....

 

Charity "Christmas Pudding" 5 Mile Road Race (December)

 

First three males and females:     Medal.

 

All finishers will receive a Christmas pudding.
