You can save yourself some money by entering in advance.

 

Entry fees:

 

Adult Affiliated: £17 advance registration / £19 on-the-day registration

Adult Unaffiliated: £19 advance registration / £21 on-the-day registration

 

Online advance entries can be made up to 2 days in advance of race day by clicking onto our online entry link here. (This will take you to our section of the third party website who are handling our online entries). There is a small admin fee of around 30-40p for entering this way, but this still constitutes the easiest and cheapest way to enter.

Tedious legal bit: By making an online entry, all entrants shall thereby be deemed also to make the following declaration:

"I declare that I (or the child on behalf of whom I am making the entry, if applicable) am (or is) physically fit and run(s) at my (and his/her) own risk. I (or he/she) will abide by UK Athletics Rules, and I shall not (either on my own behalf or on behalf of any person on whose behalf I am making this entry), to the extent such liability can be excluded by law, hold (and I undertake that he/she shall not hold) the sponsors or organisers responsible for any accident, illness or damage to my (or his/her) person or property, resulting from or in connection with my (or his/her) participation in this event. I agree that you may publish my (or his/her) personal information as part of the results of the event and may pass that information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences, or for published results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (without limitation) name, any club affiliation, race times, occupation and age category."

Using the hard copy form, you can either register on the day (from 9 a.m. in Baltonsborough Village Hall (using cash or cheque only) or return your application form prior to the race day. In the latter case, application forms (plus cash or cheques) should be returned to Baltonsborough Road Run, 7 Hayward Drive, Baltonsborough, Somerset BA6 8PJ.

 

In each case, race numbers must be collected on race day from 9 a.m. to 10.45 a.m. in Baltonsborough Village Hall.

Please note these important safety rules. By entering, you agree that you will not, during the race:​

(1) listen to music or podcasts or any other electronic audio transmission; 

(2) bring any dog or other animal onto any part of the course; or

(3) bring, allow or otherwise encourage any child (including in buggies) onto any part of the course.​

Please note in particular that it is especially dangerous to physically pick up your children during the race and/or to encourage your children to come onto the course to cross the finish line with you, so, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
