Please note these important safety rules. By entering, you agree that you will not, during any race/run:

(1) listen to music or podcasts or any other electronic audio transmission; 

(2) bring any dog or other animal onto any part of the course; or

(3) bring, allow or otherwise encourage any child (including in buggies) onto any part of the course.

Please note in particular that it is especially dangerous to physically pick up your children during the race and/or to encourage your children to come onto the course to cross the finish line with you, so, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
